Because it is a new hotel, the rooms and other facilities are very clean. The service at the front desk and restaurant is very good. The only drawback is that on the second day of staying in the hotel, I called for food delivery, but no one answered for more than 10 minutes. No one responded to the order through WhatsApp. I had no choice but to go downstairs to the restaurant for dinner. Later, the manager came to apologize and gave me coffee and ice cream. The restaurant has few breakfast options, and there are not many options on the lunch and dinner menus. The local dishes are not delicious. I ordered Indonesian fried rice, which was too salty. The beef Randong was very dry, and one piece of beef was so old and tough that it was completely impossible to bite it and difficult to cut with a knife. The Laksa had no taste. There is no resort hotel atmosphere in the hotel.

The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and the building is all new and well-kept. My 6 year old loved it here. The pools are great for kids. Only thing I would want to improve is a little more beach clean up of the plastic that washes up. Not the hotel's fault but they had people removing seaweed, I was hopeful they could remove a little trash too. It is not excessive tho.

The hotel opened in December 2024. The environment and facilities are very new. The waiters are very enthusiastic and will personally take you to your room after check-in. There are shared bicycles in the hotel. The rooms are all facing the sea. The breakfast is also very rich. The children had a lot of fun playing in the two seaside swimming pools. When you pick up at the pier, you will be asked for your departure ticket, and you will also be given the ticket when you check out. Was a wonderful trip that certainly exceeded my expectations. Staff were ALL consistently friendly and helpful, going beyond their way to help us with any issues at all, much appreciated! No regrets booking the trip and would love to return. Food and drinks were truly great too! Esp the Hot Taro Latte!
