Overall a decent hotel at a good price, staff are very attentive and service is good. The room itself had a few issues: glass door access to the yard could not be locked and this is a safety concern as the Cabana room is apparently a shared access across the floor. We were upgraded next day to the suite which was a much better room, so it was a nicer service recovery.

Of all the hotels I have stayed in throughout Asia (and there have been many as I love to travel) Four Points Sheraton Bintan staff were by far the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered. From concierge, to reception check in, through to room attendants, pool staff, restaurant and cafe staff, everyone met me with a smile and a warm greeting. I stayed 7 nights and there was not one exception the whole stay that didn't ensure i felt welcomed and appreciated. The room, restaurants, open areas and grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast and lunch a wonderful blend of Indonesian, Korean, Japanese and western foods. All very fresh and beautifully prepared. I can't recommend a stay at this hotel enough.

Service and staff is amazing. Some parts of the room wasnt mantained properly — moulds on the cabinets, vinyl flooring came out. Location is great, 3-5 mins walk away from shops. The second night we booked a room that was suppose to include a jacuzzi but because of miscommunication they gave us a room without one, to compensate, they upgraded us to a villa.

Conveniently located near the ferry terminal. Clean, new, great service. Facilitated early check in and late check out. Big pool big gym. Happy with the stay!

酒店很新，活動也夠玩半天，但是酒店的沙灘治理一般般，酒店早餐還可以，我們付費吃了晚餐，但是沒有海鮮，品種偏少，點點失望，但是工作人員很熱情，並且小孩自助餐直接沒收費，體驗感不錯！

Mixed emotions but here is the review Front office: assisted to rectify issues immediately however these things should not happen anyway.. First room: No hot water and shower area flooded resulting in the whole bathroom being flooded… feedback, changed room immediately. After swim and dinner, headed to the new room to shower and turn in, soap dispenser out of soap, bathrobe, lipstick and unknown brown stain. Guest services brought new robe and refilled soap.. unfortunately he walked in with his shoes resulting in mud in the shower area, toilet and walkway.. Turning in to sleep found a dead roach side the side table.. I mean… seriously…

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is great, but it’s the staff who made it extraordinary. Their service went above and beyond. Thank you for the amazing hospitality! Highly recommend!
