Bien mais quelques idées d amélioration
Accueil agréable et serviable . Spa au top , 1h30 au lieu de une heure Pour les 4 propositions serait plus confortable !
Petit bémol pour la literie trop ferme , le papier toilette trop fin .. et une petite bouteille d eau pour un couple et deux nuits est un peu juste !!

Pas le meilleur endroit pour découvrir la région.
Si vous avez rdv à 8h le lendemain dans une entreprise de la zone, vous ne serez pas en retard, sinon compliqué

Accueil déplorable, à peine un sourire, la personne ne se lève même pas pour accueillir les clients. Où sont passés les bonnes pratiques de l’accueil hôtelier ?? Pour une nuit, heureusement ! Nous avons eu froid, le monsieur de l’accueil a eu l’air de rien en avoir à faire quand nous lui en avons parlé le matin. On a eu une chambre communicante et PMR. Heureusement personne dans la chambre d’à coté. Par contre la salle de bain PMR (?mais pourquoi ??) quand il y a que 3 ou 4 chambres de réservées sur la nuit ??? Pourquoi ne pas donner une chambre avec une salle de bain normale ? Il n’y a pas de rideau de douche, même en faisant attention on met de l’eau partout c’est insupportable après pour aller aux toilettes . Et cerise sur la gâteau il n’y avait pas de sèche cheveux… PDJ copieux mais pas de chocolat dans la machine juste eu du lait… le café pas bon, le cappuccino sans chocolat donc infâme.
