這個是標準大床房，很典型的家庭賓館。大廳很乾凈，老闆服務也很周到。而且有很多看起來很貴的大攝像頭，安全感滿滿。本來以為這個地方周圍全是搞按摩的，不太正經，但是沒想到這個賓館真不錯。房間很乾凈，很衞生。設施跟酒店肯定是沒法比的，但是廁所打掃的真的比很多七八十的還要好。床也不是那種特別軟的，睡得不舒服的那種。是那種偏硬的席夢思，蠻好的。有窗户，但是是在過道旁邊的，所以唯一的缺點就是有一股賓館味。如果訂到外窗的房間，那就非常好了。不管怎麼説，這個價格擺在這裏了。

賓館環境好！緊鄰濱海公園，西靠南湖廣場，出行出遊方便。門口有免費停車位，點外賣也很方便。房間大小適合，有種温馨如家的感覺，設施齊全。老闆人很熱情，下次還會光顧。

整體入住體驗感覺還行吧，該有的也都有出行吃飯都比較方便包括購物也很方便門口就有公交車站有停車場空間也還行還會選擇的超級喜歡這家酒店，以後有機會還會選擇入住

衞生真的很差，房間裏一股黴味，平時價格低，但是國慶買到這個價格的房間，衞生還能這麼差，真的一個晚上都不敢睡，房間裏還有會跳的蟲子，充電插口充不上電，桌子底下全是蜘蛛網
