Lovely experience at Premier Inn Bradford North Young lady at Reception called Bryony was really polite and helpful and the bedrooms were clean and presentable. Gave me good advise on places to go for a walk etc. Would definitely come again

Great stay. Comfortable, friendly and predictable as always - just what I wanted. Free parking, great breakfast, nice and quiet. I couldn't adjust the heating using the control, despite reading instructions, but was able to open the window to cool the room

I stay at Bingley premier inn regularly and I can honestly say that I can’t fault any of the staff in both restaurant and hotel side. They are all very friendly and pleasant people and especially vicky on reception, nothing is too much trouble for her, always smiling and very helpful. The car park is big and the food is good.

I attended with a group of motorcyclists for three nights. There was s friendly welcome and the staff were friendly, courteous snd professional throughout the stay. With a lot of us dining at the same time, the staff managed well and were helpful.

Top service from Bryony at the reception. Really helpful when checking in. Bed is comfy and a great sleep. Highly recommend this hotel as the food is good as well. The place has a really good atmosphere and the room is always very clean when you come back to it.

Staff were helpful and friendly. I requested a quiet room as I was staying on business and they made sure my request was actioned. Room was very clean with the usual high standards of Premier Inn. Food in the restaurant at breakfast and evening meal was good.

The room has zero usb chargers and the shower curtain was very smelly. Food was left out in the corridor all night from other guests which again was really smelly. The adjoining pub stopped serving alcohol at 10pm on a Friday evening. The whole place was underwhelming and poor

I’ve been staying at the hotel since February, and the service has been consistently excellent. A special shoutout to Bryony at reception—she’s been absolutely amazing throughout. Always professional, approachable, and quick to assist with any issues. It’s always a pleasure to have a chat with her. She really adds a personal touch to the experience!
