An sich ist das Hotel sehr schön. Essen sehr gut aber Service bisschen langsam man wartet lange auf das Essen. Und nachts in einigen Zimmern ist es sehr laut da die Bahn in der Nähe fährt. Beim Essen zieht es sehr da immer überall die Türen aufgemacht werden. An sich schönes Hotel mit Einzelheiten die man verbessern kann.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Hotel. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf den nächsten Kurzurlaub. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal runden den Aufenthalt ab. Und wenn der SPA-Bereich erweitert ist wird es noch besser. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Das Hotel ist wirklich toll gelegen, schöne Aussicht auf den Rhein. Die Zimmer modern und gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keine Informationen, dass die Baustelle gerade den Außenbereich unnutzbar macht. Auch andere Beeinträchtigungen vor Ort zu Sperrungen wegen VIPs und TV-Aufzeichnungen werden nicht kommuniziert. Man hat dann einfach Pech und kann verschiedene Bereiche nicht nutzen.

Zo een mooi hotel. Super leuk voor het hele gezin, incl hond. Hotel heeft een prachtig interieur en overal waar je komt is het super proper. Ook het zwembadgedeelte is tip top in orde. Nergens een vuiltje te bespeuren. Ontbijt is er keuze genoeg en kan je nog extra’s bijbestellen indien het niet voldoende is, wat zeker wel is. Ze houden zeker ook rekening met de wensen van de gasten, zo was onze dochter jarig en werd het dessertbord prachtig versierd. Het Boothuis-restaurant is zo mooi qua uitzicht en je kan er subliem eten. Het personeel is van het begin tot einde heel vriendelijk. Een echte aanrader!

Ein Hotel mit Herz, absolute Weiter Empfehlung! Das Konzept stimmt von A bis Z. Service, Essen, Ambiente 10/10! Besonders klasse fanden wir, dass der Hafenspa am An und auch Abreisetag nutzbar war. Wir sind sehr auf die Erweiterung des neuen Spa Bereiches gespannt.

Wir sind sehr begeistert von diesem Hotel. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist liebevoll und sehr durchdacht, der Service generell sehr gut und flexibel. Hier ist ein junges Team am Werk, was erkennbar gerne dort arbeitet. Wohltuendes Detail: es gibt nirgendwo diese grausame Loungemusik, mit der man sonst überall in Hotels und an Pools beschallt wird. Man kann komplett abschalten, am Pool in Ruhe lesen und den Schiffen auf dem Rhein zusehen. Restaurant und Frühstück bekommen ebenfalls volle Punktzahl!

Viel Liebe zum Detail bei der Einrichtung, nettes Personal und tolle Lounge-Bereiche zum abschalten! Das Essen ist grandios, sowohl zum Frühstück als auch mittags/abends. Leider nur personell unterbesetzt, insbesondere an der Bar und am Poolbereich fühlt man sich als 'Bittsteller'. Wir hätten locker das doppelte an Getränken konsumiert, wenn jemand da gewesen wäre, bei dem man hätte bestellen können. Insbesondere im Poolbereich müsste ein Service stattfinden, statt dessen muss man im Badezeug an den Gästen vorbei, die schick gekleidet an den Tischen sitzen und an der Theke wartet man dann Ewigkeiten.... Abgesehen davon (und abgesehen von den eigentlich überzogenen Preisen) war es aber ein tolles Urlaubserlebnis, wir kommen wieder!
