The hotel is old and needs a makeover. That said the staff are incredible! So friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are clean and there is a good fun, social vibe. The food is good (enough)....we were pleasantly surprised because even though older and obviously ready for a revamp, rooms were clean, and beds were comfy. Housekeeping, the front desk, waitress, bartender, pool staff....all kind, helpful and friendly! Thanks Harrah's for a great stay.

I like Harrah's overall but beware - if you are comped a room - you still have to pay resort fees. Also don't come before the official check in time because we showed up 1 hr early and had to pay $25 for early check-in even though the room was ready and we spend thousands at this resort.

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare—between the dirty carpets stained with who knows what, the awful smell that permeated the air, and the terrible service provided by the rude front desk staff, we were left completely dissatisfied; the outdated facilities and poor ventilation in the rooms just added to our misery, especially when we encountered feces in the elevator, and after requesting a callback from the property manager days ago with no response, we can confidently say DO NOT STAY HERE—our expectations for the price we paid were absolutely not met.

The carpet was filthy. The toilet was dirty. The mirrors & windows were filthy with kids handprints & food smeared on t hem. Everyone I talked with said they were afraid to walk in room without shoes.

Stayed there many times and never had any problems. Rooms are not serviced daily but replacement are brought to your room as requested. Will continue to stay here.

Very disappointed in our room and service and we will not return again. Room smelled awful, toilet linked on the floor, tub wouldn’t drain good, room was never cleaned nor did we get any daily clean towels. We stayed three nights and we did not get additional towels even after calling house keeping. Carpet is nasty too!

Stay here days ago a bit disappointed with the quality of the facility. Outdated carpet all around. Outdated toilet and slow hot water and not to mention slow drainage in the shower tub. On the plus side, the locations was awesome. Less crowded with people and traffic.

The bed had very strong disaffected made me sick. Need to use nontoxic chemicals. I couch and sneezed all night
