Great place to go to get out of the smoke. The air inside is perfectly clean. Not a cigarette to be seen. It’s maintained at a very high level with great attention to detail. Very good buffet. All around great experience. Best in Biloxi in my opinion.

Great resort! Amazing service all the way around! Very clean and love that it was smoke free! The ****** was also great and had a great selection of tables and machines. The cafe food was great for most of our meals and the restaurants were perfect for our dinners!

Everything was great from the staff to clean room. Enjoyed the smoke free environment.

Property was immaculate and all the staff I encountered were so very nice (a shout out to Amber at Stacked!). Sadly, I found the buffet to be 'eh'. It was a glorified Golden Corral. And, sadly, they ran out of corned beef and cabbage before 5 pm! So disappointed. Had I known before paying for the buffet I would have gone somewhere else for my St. Patty's meal.

Didn’t get my refund for my stay I did not enjoy at all

We had a nice stay. Hoping to visit soon again. Although bathrooms can be improved but overall its a 9/10. Shoutout to Grace for making our stay comfortable.

Spent one night, hotel was fine, no problem with room. Was required to place a credit card on file with them, no problem, as this happens with any hotel. A $100 pending charge was placed on the card, as expected. Sure, happens with every hotel. Two days later the $100 charge appears as a real charge, despite using no services connected to the room. This is totally unacceptable. We called, found out that this is their "policy", and that it would be refunded at a later date. There is NO EXCUSE for making this a real charge unless the guest has charges to the room.
