Hampton Inn Biloxi/Ocean Springs

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Disappointed a bit with breakfast, have had better choices at other Hamptons. Room was comfortable, but smelled a little musty on entering, then like it had been cleaned with Fabuloso. Carpet seemed old.

Comfortable Stay Comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, clean. Overall room was very comfortable and Service good. Only complaint was very weak shower pressure and the drain in the tub was extremely slow so when you stepped out of the shower, your feet we’re still in dirty water.

Nice Positives - Friendly, helpful staff. No issues with reservations or check-in. Room clean, plenty of towels. Soap/shampoo dispensers weren't full, but had enough for the one night I stayed. Road access to the hotel is good, with multiple fast food businesses real close. Gas stations close distance as well. The night I was there it wasn't very busy so parking was great. Negatives- Room was clean until you look in corners or up close. Snacks and drinks were available by the front desk, but as far as I could tell, there weren't any vending machines (some people might count this as a positive thing). The room I was in did not have a cooler to keep items cold, but it did have a microwave and small coffee machine. They offer complimentary breakfast, while not bad, was pretty limited. Judging a place on one single visit is not the best most accurate evaluation, but if I have to put a tag on it, I would say 8 out of 10. It should be noted that I consider the price as a factor as well and if it's expensive I expect a good bit more. And this place wasn't cheap.

The breakfast buffet was the best of all the ones we've had on our trip. Lots of variety, good taste, and the food was at the right temperature. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean.
