Chateau Legrand

Good visit. Felt safe and secure. Had beach view which was nice and quiet. Dishes were not clean and needed a general cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay at Chateau LeGrand. It has a nice location close to the beaches in Biloxi, Mississippi. The only complaint is that the train runs nearby and blows its whistles during the day and overnight.

This is the worst resort we have ever stayed in and we have owned since 1986. I am disappointed in RCI and the resort. The 2 bedroom unit was disgusting. The unit was beyond unclean. The tubs, sinks, the bedrooms, the kitchen were all fithly. There was left over trash in the kitchen drawers, the dishes were not clean, there were pills in the floor, there were fecal stains on the sheets, rust stains in the tubs and sinks that were black to brown. Noone would ever want to stay here! I was so embarrassed as I had family from TX here to stay with us. All issues were reported to the manager for immediate attention.

Family vacation with grandsons. Location was great. Very quiet and peaceful. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I knew when booking it was an older resort and some things were expected but I didn't realize the balconies were being redone and I was disappointed but understood the importance of this.

too bad this has gone without repairs. I'm sure it was beautiful in its day, Balconies are closed off for repairs, hot tub not working for years! The hallway smelled so strongly of cat urine with ,huge stains on hall carpet- we left early. The smell did lesson as the week went on. Our unit smelled but we sprayed it and that helped. Its sad as the location was excellent, our unit was large and amenities were good.( did have to ask for blow dryer) Pool was nice and rarely had anyone there. Balconies would have been amazing but view from the couch was great! Unit was decorated nicely. Hope they will fix it up. Grounds kept nicely.

Didn’t picture having to shop for cleaning supplies before using space. Dryer not hooked up properly. Beds have stains. My kids didn’t sleep in rooms. Staff not the friendliest but did not bother the guests. View is perfect!!! Food options were limited but the ones we chose were great!
