Great trip overall, great a**osphere, food was great!!!
Black Clover Lounge is very laid back and relaxing, Eight75 has a wonderful bar.

The room I was the bathroom disappointed me the fact I been see a dirty washcloth in the shower that means your staff doesn’t check the bathroom how the suppose to that left me with a lot dotted on my mind.

Upon arrival I did not receive the room/view I booked and paid for. I called guest services from the room and was moved to another room and was told it was the only other available room other than the one I was first put in. The new room did have the view I paid for. However, there were a lot of cleanliness and sanity issues. Old food food from previous guest in the fridge, the fridge was dirty with greasy finger prints on the glass door and metal door trim. The shower had wet, used, wadded up wash cloths in it from the previous guest. The mirrors in the bathroom were streaked with fingerprints. There was long hair in the bathroom floor, behind the sink faucet, and around the toilet. Room furniture was disorderly and not straightened up. The pillows in the chairs were pushed down into the corners where someone had been sitting against them and not staged back by housekeeping.
I have always stayed at Beau Rivage on my trips to Biloxi and never been disappointed until now. It seems things have really went downhill since my last trip!

Our whole trip was exceptional. From the trip on the Plane to the trip back home. Would have stayed longer if I could have. Such a beautiful place to stay and have fun.

The hotel lobby looks phenomenal. Hotel does look like it have some age on the outside but surprisingly the room is kept very well and clean. I would like to specifically point out that every single employees are all super friendly and willing to help. The noodle chef from restaurant Jia is amazing! He s very fast friendly and the food is delicious. We are a little upset that the buffet was closed the night we arrived but the breakfast at the buffet made it up to us. I am very impressed for the food variety they have. If you have to point out one thing that need improvement. It is very hard to scroop soup from the container to the bowl. This experience already made me want to come back again. We will come back to visit next month again!

I’m finna leave a good review cause stay was good. Business was popping none of the sports book machines worked cause they were full of cash and couldn’t take anymore. I felt like a first timer at the craps table cause I blew my wad really quickly. I then chain smoked my way to snacks and ordered a pizza. Pizza cook had booming voice when calling out orders. Even customers with hearing aids on low knew when food was ready. After consuming half of the pizza I went up to my room with a full belly and mild case of heartburn. Beds were big and soft, although we did not try, multiple couples could easily fit. Bath tubs and showers were great. Water pressure exceeded expectations! I really appreciate their commi**ent to climate change and recycling but didn’t like that the soap in our bathtub had already been used, I would have preferred new. Overall our stay was great, staff friendly and food good. We even considered canceling our next stay at gulf shores to stay another night. Oh I almost forgot the spa! Our wives were literally glowing! Although likely more from the alcohol consumption and ****** lights, but they raved about how good the massages were.
