Raintree Motel was everything we expected and more. Clean, modern, and very well equipped, it far exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean with a comfy bed, a coffee maker, and a large smart TV with ample channels. We will definitely stay here again next time we are passing through.

Excellent experience. Extremely clean and well stocked kitchenette. Was above what I had personally budgeted by $25 but was absolutely worth it. Staff very friendly and helpful. If had 1 negative, it's that the shower mixer tap was fussy to get a constant temp. Will be staying there again whenever we come to town.

Cleanliness is a must when I stay in a motel, this place was spotless, and well kept. It had everything I needed for my two over night stays. Front of house staff very friendly and attentive. I would not hesitate to stay there again and I would also recommend it to anyone.

Wasn't expecting much when I booked online last minute, but when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised. It's a very well-kept motel with decent sized rooms. Very clean in all areas, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I find the difference in accommodation comes form the little things. The information folder had lots of valuable info and tips for tourist spots. The kitchenette was well-stocked and the notes left in relation to the consumables was a nice touch, making it very personable. I highly recommend this stay!

Could not fault this motel. The hosts have gone that extra mile to make their motel one of the best. Little things like a coffee pod machine (with pods), windscreen cleaning buckets (outside each room) and rubber mats inside the room for muddy or wet shoes. The room and motel itself was spotless and checkin was super easy and friendly. The plunge pool was a delight given it was a hot day and our car was undercover. Would highly recommend this motel.

Fabulous motel. Clean as a pin. Great little kitchen. Big freezer outside and good fridge inside. The bed was awesome - after driving all day was the best sleep and good pillows and crispy sheets. Definitely stay here if you are passing through. Kendall

Rooms are a mix of small & larger due to the number of itinerant workers that come to Biloela. The smaller rooms have smaller beds which is quite not enough for two people - us anyways. We always have a king bed - larger room, bed is comfy, room is spacious enough & cool. The property is impeccably kept and has a great little pool to cool off in. Service is given with a smile & nothing is too much trouble. Key Tip - book in advance as ALL ACCOMMODATION in Biloela gets booked out in advance.

Pleasant surprise doesn’t look much from our side but fully renovated inside. Had the front suite with its own outside area seperate gated entry. Inside you didn’t need to want for anything. Nicely set up kitchen with multi function oven, cooktop was induction and bloody amazing didn’t use the microwave but it was there… toaster, jaffle maker dishwasher, Bathroom had nice shower head with seperate handheld, nice lighting too
