Front of house and bar staff were lovely, food really really nice, room was average but clean. The hotel is situated a little bit out from centre but a good shuttle bus runs hourly so that was a plus

Place is great and it’s a ten minute walk from Legoland, I am disappointed however as the booking confirmation made no mention of a credit card surcharge so I could have come prepared with cash.

Friendly staff, breakfast included, room is clean but the bed is uncomfortable. Only one thin pillow was provided for each person.

The room stank of bleach which by the morning had gone and then just stunk. Very dated decor and uncomfortable beds. For the price of it £180 I expected at lot more from this hotel room.

Fun friendly service on the main road does what it says on the tin.

Recommended to stay here, many people who take their children to Legoland stay here! It is only a five-minute walk from Legoland! The breakfast is quite rich, and it is really nice to have hot water!

The hotel is not big, about 15 minutes walk from Legoland and 25 minutes from Lego House. You can walk there if the weather is good and you are not tired. The free bus is the city shuttle, which runs every half an hour. The pick-up point is about 100 meters north of the hotel, a very small waiting shelter. You can also take it to and from the airport, otherwise it will cost more than 100 yuan to take a taxi (6 kilometers away). The front desk and restaurant are in the center of the hotel, surrounded by one or two-story guest rooms, and there is enough parking space outside the guest rooms. The room, breakfast and value for money are OK. There is a RV campsite on the north side of the hotel for 5 minutes walk, where children can play, and there is also a small supermarket and restaurant. Of course, the truly affordable supermarket is to go south from the hotel, go west around the island, and walk for more than 10 minutes, there is a local supermarket (opposite to Figure 7).

The room facilities are average, like a roadside motel. The service is also very poor. They knocked on the door at 11:30 to urge check-out. The waiter was also very rude and had a stiff and arrogant attitude. They just relied on the location advantage. The service was very unprofessional in all aspects

Maybe it's the tourist season, the price/performance ratio is not high,

I stayed in Billund for one night and booked this hotel. The hotel is very big. We lived in a separate building on the second floor, with 8 rooms in each building. The room is large and comfortable. Knowing that the three of us specially arranged the sofa as a bed, I like it. The bathtub can also be used for massage, which is comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The only drawback is that it is a bit further from Legoland than other hotels, and it takes ten minutes to walk.

Comfortable and easy parking

It's a 10-minute walk from Legoland. The man at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. It should be noted that check out at 11 o'clock, and the extension is 100 local currency per hour. They are all rooms on the first floor, and they are quiet at night

The hotel is very close to the airport, and the parking space is free and sufficient, which is quite convenient. Breakfast starts at 5

Destination chosen as an alternative to Copenhagen, also because it is the home of Lego with an adjacent amusement park. Hotel (Hotel Svanen located in the municipality of Billund) beautiful, clean, quiet but not convenient to public services which, as always in the north, are punctual and efficient. However close to the airport 20 minutes walk on the sidewalk. Excellent breakfast, very abundant and varied. The only drawback: from September every week the park closes for three days on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We chose to visit it on the day of return for convenience and we found it closed even if some sites we visited did not report anything. The town of Billund offers nothing either as tourist attractions or as shops apart from the park. However, it is difficult to find magnetic or other souvenirs in the cities we visit (Vejle and Aarhus). The two cities certainly deserve a view. We bought the gadgets at the airport but they only have the writing Copenhagen or Denmark.
