Traveling on business this is a favorite place to stay. The staff always friendly and outgoing and the lobby and the entire facility is kept clean and tidy. There is always lovely cookies available in the evening along with a nice selection of tea. They are in a good location for the restaurant of Applebee's which is across the parking lot. The rooms are clean with very nice bathrooms. Extra fluffy pillows and nice refrigerator and microwave. The close proximity to the airport is ideal if you need shuttle to your flights. They bring a good selection to their breakfast area. For a private hotel they show extreme care for all of their guests. I have stayed on numerous occasions and always have positive experiences.

Stayed one night at this dump, my room was infested with bed bugs and stunk like like mold. WIll never stay in this trash pit ever again. We informed the night clerk and they argued with us even though we showed them pictures of bed bugs in our sheets and pillow

What a great place to stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, we were made to feel welcome, and easy check-in/out. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are ever in the Billings area. Our flight left early so we didn't get to try the breakfast.

Really comfortable bed and pillows. We were happy with the room's cleanliness. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast standard hotel stuff. Was easy to find and access in and out. I have stayed in Billings Hampton before, Boothill was better.

This is really a nice hotel, friendly staff, rooms are roomy, good breakfast, convenient to airport, restaurants are within walking distance and easy access to local driving..highly recommend this hotel. We will use hotel when visiting the Billings, Mt. area.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The elevator carpet needs replacing, but the room was clean and the grounds were taken care off. It is a small hotel with a small indoor pool and two jacuzzi tubs, that were good. Overall the price was good for what we got. I would stay again.

This hotel goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I would call their business philosophy as customer care. It is spotless and all staff are helpful and accommodating. I will stay here anytime I’m in Billings. The proximity to the airport, food and shopping can’t be beat. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe and secure. Key card entry and an abundance of cameras are a plus. Breakfast is really good. I cannot emphasize the cleanliness of the entire property. The beds are comfortable as well. This is owned by a local family and is their sole property. This shows in their attention to detail and flexibility when it comes to hiccups when traveling. If you believe in supporting small business, I encourage you to stay here.

So nice to have three different pillow types to choose from on each bed…soft, medium and firm. Bed mattress was comfortable too. Nice hot breakfast and friendly staff. A really good value and very clean and quiet for a restful sleep Enjoyed using hot tub and pool after a long drive!

Extremely clean! Staff very friendly and followed through quickly with our request for a cot. Beds comfy We were flying home from Billings. Boothill was 5 minutes from airport, which was very convenient since our flight was very early morning.
