The room is full of **, the breakfast is almost non-existent, and the service attitude is bad. If you can't help it, don't stay here

Tainted Econolodge for me
No accessible second floor. Smoking in entrance. Broken faucet and spoiled food in the fridge in first room. Substitute had medications on the floor (discovered in morning), cramped floor space, fewer pillows, indecipherable A/C. Everything smelled strongly of cleaner. Curtains allowed practically all light in through top and bottom. 2nd floor ice maker broken. Breakfast was cold cereal.
Whole experience made icky by employee-hostile signs on the amenity shelf behind the counter. I suspect my issues were largely because maids aren't given sufficient time to clean thoroughly.

The room was dirty and the bedding smelled like smoke. Property was littered with cigarette butts.

We got to the hotel between 630pm and 7pm to check in and our room still wasn't clean. We were given our keys but told to come back in an hour. When we returned the room still wasn't clean. The housekeeper was looking for a vacuum to sweep the room. One of the pillows was missing the case and there were no towels. The housekeeper went to get some from downstairs. She came back with 2 pillows and 3 towels for 5 people. While she was gone we noticed there were no trash cans, telephone or refrigerator in the room. My husband went to ask for trash cans as we couldn't call the front desk to get them. They told us they would look but never brought them to us. The shower handle was a quarter turn valve not an actual handle and the toilet didn't work. We had to pour cups of water in the tank just to get it to flush. It was also advertised online that there was a pool and hot tub but the hot tub was broken and the pool is outdoor only. I told them that they needed to fix this online because people pick hotels based on these things especially when they have kids. The hallways and stairs were not vacuumed and breakfast was lacking.

5 star stay!!
My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at the hotel!!! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and they made sure to ask her name and made sure they gave her pets and praised her. We will definitely be back!!!!

Not good at all
Our first room appeared nice but the bathroom was dirty, toilet was full to the top with feces. Got a second room and the shower curtain was ripped off and laying on the floor.

No room ready for us when we got there and than when we got to go in it was beyond dirty nasty pee all over the toilet the shower was full of hair and dirt nothing was wiped
