Hyatt Place Billings

Very clean hotel the staff very friendly. The breakfast needs help. The only thing I would suggest would be to tell housekeeping to throw away any rolls of previous used toilet paper and replace with a new roll. We've come across this a lot on our trip out west. It's very unsanitary.

Wonderful property staffed by very friendly and helpful people. Reasonably close ot I-90. Should you be in that part of the country, this is a great place to stay. Rooms are clean, well-organized with great walk-in showers with lots of hot water.

We had an excellent experience at Hyatt Billings. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the breakfast team—provided outstanding service. The rooms and the entire hotel were very well maintained

This was a EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. The staff the room the breakfast absolutely wonderful. Hyatt needs to clone this place and build them everywhere.

This hotel is brand new (I believe) as of writing this review and that is reflected by the overall outstanding condition of everything at the property. Every employee was kind, helpful, and eager to attend to my needs. It was a very enjoyable stay and they have everything one would need from on-site laundry machines, to an indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor fire pit, bar, ample parking, and beautifully appointed rooms that include a refrigerator, couch, good television channels and comfortable beds. A 10 out of 10 experience, highly recommended!

Very nice new hotel in a very convenient part of town. Staff is friendly and were very accommodating. I will certainly stay there again next time I am in Billings.
