A key central location with easy access to the entire town. The Hotel is quiet and maintains personal privacy very well. It is located above ground, and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy street. The room was very large, exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were both communicative and eager to help whenever asked to do so. The fresh water dispenser, Wifi, and air-conditioning were all very welcome! Hot showers would be welcome. This is an excellent Hotel to use as a central base for exploring the entire island of Biliran, be that the surrounding mini-islands, rice-terraces, waterfalls, mountains, and/or volcanos. Most forms of transport are available from the adjacent port.

Stayed here at Fragoch and it was very nice. Our room was honeymoon suite and it was very clean and big with nice bathroom and t.v. We’re very impressed by this hotel. The air conditioner was very cool and the hotel staff was very accommodating with room service. The restaurant was just downstairs and my fiancée and I could enjoy a good selection of food and cold drinks. This hotel was in good location and I highly recommend staying here. We actually stayed here in April of 2016 and it was extremely hot soo can attest to how well the air-con worked.

This is an overall very nice and pleasant resort hotel. I can highly recommend it. The owner and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great value for your money. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in naval! The staff was amazing, friendly, provided excellent service and treated me and my girlfriend like family! Clean, hot showers, great air-conditioning, everything we asked fir was done immediately. We even had hot showers, wifi and electricity during a brownout!! I will always book here when in naval!! Myself and my wife stayed here for 4 nights. Great stay and excellent rooms, comfy beds and great service. This must be the best place to stay on Biliran Island. PS: this the only hotel in the Philippines when you order a boiled egg for breakfast, it is served to you in a real english eggcup! We were very impressed.
