Overnight stay for one night. Property in good location. Staff very cooperative and courteous but property maintainance poor flush leaking. No hot water supply even in the morning bucket supply is the only option. Rooms stanching. Booked with complimentary breakfast but hotel told it was only room non breakfast overall ok if housekeeping and property maintenance done properly

Very nice hotel staff where very polite and helpful. Food is really nice. Service is really fast. Rooms are really big and clean. Ac is perfect cooling. Foul smell of dampness in room, bed sheets weren’t clean or changed before the new guest arrives. No spoon kept near kettle and cups to stir tea/coffee. Instead of keeping sealed bottled water, they had kept refilled water bottles from tap water. Breakfast was still better than my expectations after looking at the rooms. Staff was prompt to assist with check in and during breakfast.

No complementary breakfast available even when you pay more than hotels nearby to this hotel. While other hotels do provide. When enquired about it the manager replied that it's solely under the owner's discretion and the owner never agrees to such privileges. They don't care about customer's feedback on breakfast being complementary as the hotel being too hold, customers never disregard such decision.
