As the review title says, this place is a good Banquet Venue but looking as the Hotel stand alone is not great. The food is good but over all service quality is poor and needs improvement to a great extend.

Awesome Hotel in Bilaspur. All staff behaviour is very good. Rooms and House keeping service is very Good. Motimahall Restaurant Food Excellent. Gymnasium,club, Spa and amusement water park are wonderful attached with Patrician Clover Hotel. Our stay very interesting in this Hotel.

Perfect hotel to stay in the heart of Bilaspur city for the Business and family travelers. Walking Distance from New High-tech Bus Stand Bilaspur and 7 K.M. From Railway Good food and services. Polite staff at Reception and Restaurant.

Awesome place to spend quality time!! Will suggest everyone to give it a try. The overall hygiene is good and the food of Moti Mahal too is great. It was my first tour of Bilaspur and wasn't expecting such a nice hotel in a small town.

""Beautiful stay! Hotel patrician clover is a perfect place to stay in Bilaspur. It is close to the center and the railway station. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful specially thanks to MR Ankit.He impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel again. The price performance ratio is very good

I stayed in the hotel for a day in November,2023.The room in the hotel was well appointed and spacious.The bathroom too had more than enough space.The cleanliness in the hotel was found up to the mark.The AC worked well.Each room is equipped with essential gadgets.A small refrigerator has also been provided in each room.The staff behaved well.While the house keeping was satisfactory,it lacked in providing sufficient sachets for tea,coffee and dairy cream.It is expected of a good hotel to provide these items of daily needs in sufficient quantity and to replenish them on a regular basis without waiting for their demand from the customers.The hotel appeared to have a large parking area.On the whole,the hotel,in my view,is worth staying.
