Property location is easy to find as it located near old bus stand. If they add on some more things like towel and mosquito repellent in the room. The economy rooms are not so good in that budget range. Electricity break down is a thing that i have noticed while staying. Staff behaviour is good.

We always stay in sharda hotel whenever we travel to bilaspur. After check out we asked them to give our room back for just 10mins so that we can get fresh and leave to railway station. They straight forward denied us rudely. I will never suggest this hotel to anyone.

1) hygiene is the biggest issue i faced, 2) they do not provide wifi facility in the room, so you are suggested to remove the same3) very poor room service, phone were no reply most of the time.
