Hotel bietet einen sehr schlechten Service. Room Cleaning klappt überhaupt nicht obwohl ich Auftrag erteilt hatte. Ich musste um Towels und Klopapier kämpfen. Im Restaurant kann *** nur mit Bargeld zahlen, angeblich!!! ??. Essensrechnung aufs Zimmer geht auch nicht, angeblich!! Schlechtester Standard nach 3 Wochen Rajasthan

Best Hotel on our trip to India!! Delicious food!! Incredible rooms!! And the most welcoming staff!! Perfect for relaxing and unwinding from the crazy and noisy India. We would 100% decide to stay again on our next visit to Bikaner, India!!

A real regal experience. The staff is very cooperative and the food is very good. The ambience of the place transports you to the bygone era of princes the owner is passionate about the renovation and is an avid collector of artifacts from all over . The rooms are well appointed with modern washrooms and clean linen. TV , Wi-Fi, a tea maker, etc. are all there. The evenings are good in the lawns and one can sip tea with the background natural chirping of sparrows. Overall a very satisfying experience. Very memorable.

Pessimo albergo ...poca pulizia,camere sporche e fredde inquanto non esistono i vetri ma solo le persiane. Non mettono il lenzuolo sopra di conseguenza dormi sul piumino dove dormono tutti . Veramente vergognoso. Doccia fredda,colazione in una stanza con cattivo odore. Staff poco gentile.

Tipica camera tradizionale. Letto con materasso duro e lenzuola messe sopra la coperta sicuramente non lavata di recente. Impianto elettrico da rivedere. Bagno da ristrutturare non fornito dí shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Pessima scelta quella di offrire la colazione in giardino alle 8 del mattino, a quell’ora in dicembre è umido e freddo.
