一、8:30考試（考研初試），7點半準備下去吃早餐發現被鎖在房間出不去，聯繫客服開門，到8點過才把門打開，期間我提出能不能幫我準備一輛車以免打開門太遲了可以直接送我去考場，沒有答覆；門打開以後我自己沖到路邊打車去考場。而後沒有任何人向我表示抱歉。如果錯過考試我將浪費半年以上的時間成本以及付出的金錢成本；
二、酒店設施比較老舊，出故障的概率會上升，那麼酒店是否安排工程部定期巡查提前發現並解決問題，如果這次遇到的是火災，被鎖在房間半小時以上是什麼後果？
三、出現此事件後通過和前台溝通發現並沒有上報，那麼酒店管理層是否存在嚴重失職的情況？酒店發生什麼都不知道，平時到底是怎麼管理和培訓員工的？
四、退房時溝通完以後，前台表示讓經理聯繫我並給我合理的解釋，但是經過24小時我也沒有收到任何人的任何消息。
五、該店在畢節市酒店業也算是門面了，五星級的評級怎麼夠上的？要不是這個評價沒有0星，半星我也不會給。
