We stayed for 3 nights in the Tony & B Suite to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Everything was absolutely perfect. The whole staff were extremely professional, warm, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay extra special. This is a beautiful, unique hotel and from the moment you arrive you are treated like a treasured guest. Food was excellent; the cocktails were amazing; spa treatments in our room were fantastic. We loved it so much, we are planning our next visit!

The Burgh lived up to and exceeded our expectations. From being picked up and transported to the island destination to leaving 3 days later by sea tractor, we loved every minute. Beautiful authentic hotel. Delicious food and excellent service. This was so different to anything we've experienced before and is very customer orientated. Would highly recommend, thank you.

From start to finish our trip was truly fabulous. We felt welcomed and thoroughly spoilt for the whole time we were on the island. From the anticipation and intrigue that builds whilst waiting for the sea tractor transfer to convening in the Palm Court lounge for pre-dinner cocktails and admiring the finery of all the other guests, we felt a small part of our own Agatha Christie novel. The food is delicious, the rooms elegant, the hotel superbly maintained and all the staff we met were delightful, we had a great time...

Fantastic experience, views, walks, I did not stop smiling starting with the drive down the hill when the island comes in to view. Also worth noting check the tractor times, we was told the night before to inform reception of when we would be leaving the island. Only to be told on check out that we would have to wait for the tide to go out. Another hour and half, fortunately common sense prevailed and they put on another tractor! My only advice would be, if staying longer than a couple of nights, make sure you have activities for the day walking the island will only keep you occupied for a certain amount of time. Unless of course you can (unlike me) totally chill and just read a book and enjoy the views.
