One of the nicest hotels our entire trip (17 days). Newer, clean, quiet, centrally located, and very friendly staff! The handicapped room we well set up for someone mobility challenged. Excellent breakfast - well worth the price. Will stay here again!

Overall, really a great hotel. We pass through Hays multiple times a year and this was the first time we ended up picking the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms were immaculate. Beds were very comfortable (and even smelled nice) the rooms were modern and had everything anyone would need. Will be coming back.

Hotel was nice but staff not very well with it. Also the coffee in lobby was cold each time I went to get it, even in the morning.
I think it’s ridiculous that they charge for a breakfast “ buffet” which is not any better or as good as some of the hotels we stayed at that offered same thing for free!…not to mention the hotel prices sometimes were 75- to $100 cheaper
