It leaves much to be desired. Poor maintenance, little variety of food and zero possibilities to do anything other than being at the beach bar. They do not have sports or maritime equipment, such as kayaks, snorkelling, etc... The island is wonderful but poorly cared for. The restaurants are cheap but they all have the same and low quality.

Sencillo, autóctono,ideal para quién busca descanso y sin grandes pretensiones. Muy acogedor, excelente restaurante,el personal magnífico. Las aguas cálidas, paisaje totalmente agreste.Te proveen de todo, sombrillas,reposeras,y un bar en la playa con excelentes tragos diversos. Muy linda experiencia.

We did not stay here, but we came for dinner. We waited almost 2 hours for a pizza, salad and a piece of fish. service was horrible and slow. The bugs were eating us alive at the tables outside. and with only a few food options available in the area, it was a very big disappointment.

The Hotel is OK, a little old but OK. Now the restaurant service is a mess!! Besides being expensive, the service is very bad. Every time we ate there it took 1 and a half hours from the moment we sat down on the table to the time the food finally came!!! It seemed like you had to order your lunch right after finishing your Breakfast, that way probably it would be ready by lunchtime.

Liked the property and bar staff at the beach. Had quick service to repair toilet. Had a few issues with communication amongst staff. Shuttle was requested early due to early flight. This was not passed on to driver as we expected. We had to take a taxi instead. Rooms were to be ready early as communicated through whatsapp communications. This did not happen until we complained.

La posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia , le stanze ed i bungalow semplici ma bene arredati meriterebbero un miglior punteggio mentre il servizio e la cura del cliente sono di scarso livello La prima colazione è estremamente basica ( uova , riso con fagioli o , in alternativa, due pancake con 2 fettine di salume ) e non prevede succo di frutta e frutta fresca . Per avere questa scarsa colazione bisogna aspettare dai 20 ai 30 minuti prima di essere serviti . Se pensate di restare a cena considerate che i tempi di attesa sono lunghissimi , la scelta del menù è ridotta , il cibo e’ di scarsa qualità ed i prezzi sono molto alti rispetto ad altri ristoranti nelle vicinanze Nel caso pensiate di andare a rilassarvi in spiaggia , tenete presente che i lettini sono piazzati vicino al bar per cui c’è costantemente musica ad alto volume . Per esperienza diretta vi consiglio , nel caso abbiate un problema , di parlarne subito alla Direttrice perché il personale non prende in carico il problema che gli esponete e da’ risposte inventate al momento

The property and location are fantastic. Very clean and inviting when you arrive, and there is space to move around, with large shared patios out front. The staff were all incredible and this is what really made the stay enjoyable. Helpful, kind, friendly, honest.
Though, it felt quite expensive for what you get. You pay for the proximity to the beach. The restaurant and drinks were very expensive. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room as well.
Overall, i would recommend Arenas, just be aware of the cost.
