The location is great, in the city center, the lobby is beautifully decorated with a Christmas theme, and coffee and water are provided. We were very satisfied with our stay and went on vacation before Christmas.

Service: All very good👍 I will introduce my friends next time, and my family will come again. It is very close to the lake and the town. It takes only 4 minutes to drive to the amusement park. It is a good location. I like it.

The parking is convenient and the service is average. After staying for three nights, the waiter didn't clean it once. Breakfast needs to be ordered separately.

Power was OUT! We checked in with no issue. Then in the room the TVs didn't work (the cable was OUT). Then the AC DIDN'T WORK! The following morning the whole hotels electricity went out! When we went to the front desk there was no worker just a sign that said, "power is out". Later we found someone that worked there, for them to say that the hotel has been having black outs for a few weeks now. If so, why did no one tell us AT CHECK IN that the power might go out! The power was out from about 5am - 5pm. When we asked for some sort of offer or alternative lodging for the inconvenience we were told "oh did you pre-pay? If not, you can just check out now" Terrible customer service! Zero cares about our stay.

What a great place to stay at. And honestly James at the front desk helped us out a lot!! Airbnb was giving my family a hard time at 1AM so we came here. Luckily James helped us out!💪🏻
