The bed is comfortable and has a super nice lake view, but the room is relatively small, and not suitable for a big family. Simple breakfast: coffee, waffle, etc.

I typically do not write reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, the pictures were a total an complete catfish. Why post remodeled photos when not all your rooms are remodeled. The room was gross there were stains on the sheets, the pillow cases were wet, the paint was peeling, and the outlet plugs didn't work for the dusty fan they had in the corner. The water pressure is horrible! And the only option for water is boiling HOT. My partner his hand trying to wash his hands with how quickly the water turned to boiling. It was like this everywhere in the kitchenette sink and the shower. The water pressure was so strong there was water outside and the shower and collecting all over the sink. We had to use all our towels to dry the floor and there's no phone to call the office to bring more towels. When we checked out at 10am there was no one in the office to talk to. I rather pay $20 more and stay at the Home2 suites down the street next time. Do not stay here total scam!

I am not quite sure where to begin....I will start with the one and only positive thing about this place. The view we had of the lake was beautiful. The view was not worth the negatives however. First, we were standing three people deep trying to get checked in. The young guy behind the desk kept leaving to try to find the keys for the rooms, which he never did find for one of us. He finally refunded that person's money. Next, we were told we were getting one of the two rooms in which the remodel was complete. The room had about four different wall colors and no baseboards. The curtains were so bad you could see through them in spots where the backing had worn off. The bed pillows were so old that they were literally about two inches thick. I am not kidding. I didn't dare look too closely at anything as I am fairly certain it wasn't exceptionally clean. There was no coffee maker in the room which I wasn't worried about because there was some form of a breakfast (cereal, snacks, and coffee) in the little building where we checked in. I noticed the sign by the coffee machine when we checked in stating these items were available until 9:30 a.m. The ironic part about this is that the building didn't open until 10:00 a.m. I'm sure you can see the problem with that. Please take my advice and do not stay at this place. Horrible customer service and sad, older buildings with the cheapest, incomplete remodel job I have even seen. I wouldn't trust that it will ever be complete, and it will never be worth staying there.
