Amazing Stay Perfect location for snow boarding They give you free treats & Bfast! The breakfast and unlimited coffee machine it was perfect! Very hospitable My boyfriend & I enjoyed our stay Beautiful place so many amenities I would stay here again They have a little store as well with snacks!

When I checked in, the hotel staff didn't ask where I booking my room. They just took my ID card to check and told me that they didn't have my room. I told them that I had booked it on *******. and try to give them my order number, but they didn’t take look, just told me wait ，and she will try one more time, she said 4-5 times to me in this 15-20mins she didn't find my room, … after that the room I found there was no toothbrush and slippers. but the first floor there are has sold toothbrushes for sale for $3 … I think it was drama , and I relook the hotel the parking fees was $20 and breakfast was $10, these not showing on the first-page when I’m booking. so everything was terrible .

The staff was not very helpful. Only one member was helpful with restaurant recs and small talk, but when we left for the day and our room wasn’t cleaned, we had to wait an hour in the lobby to have that taken care of. We left in the morning and told the front desk our room was ready for cleaning. They told us they only do sheets and towels. For the exorbitant price tag for this 2 star hotel, I told them I needed a full cleaning. They agreed, but then didn’t do it until we got back to a room left just as it was that morning. We wanted to rest, but this hotel made it impossible. The breakfast was mid at best and the guests left every common area very dirty. Done with Hampton inn and big bear. Not worth the money.

Okay stay
The hotel was okay. It could use some updates in the room. An event made parking a little difficult. Free breakfast was nice. Room was small for the price paid. Staff was nice and friendly.

The staff requested $50 for my family to check in 1 hour early, which was 2pm. We declined and returned an hour later for the initial 3pm check in time. Our room was not ready until later that evening due to a shortage of cleaning staff. Therefore my overall stay was shorter as a result of the housekeeping staffing issue. Not a great experience at all as far as customer service, the staff did nothing to remedy this inconvenience.

El baño estaba sucio, la comida que compramos amaneció llena de hormigas, reservamos dos habitaciones diferentes y dos de las señoritas en el lobby nos hicieron dobles cobros en las tarjetas de crédito por el estacionamiento, al tratar de explicarles no accedieron hasta que volvimos a bajar para mostrarles nuestros cobros en la app del banco, ella hablaba español y en ningún momento tuvo la amabilidad de hacérnoslo saber, todo el tiempo entendió lo que quisimos decir pero no apoyo en aclarar su error. afortunadamente la chica que nos atendió en el check out nos atendió muy amablemente y nos hizo saber que el cobro extra lo había cancelado. El desayuno estuvo bien y las instalaciones del hotel en general son bonitas, solo lo sucio de nuestras habitaciones.
