Home2 Suites by Hilton Big Bear Lake

Great service. Helpful. Clean rooms. Great price. They love Firefighters. Friendly always willing to help. Went above and beyond to get us the rooms we needed for a fire we were one. The most Firefighter hotel around. Will stay here every time I am in Big bear.

Very clean and family friendly. Better than expected and the whole family felt welcomed and comfortable. Indoor pool was a plus, kids loved it. Each night there was complimentary treats, which kids loved. Fire pits outback were a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at many Home2’s, over the years, and this is the nicest. Everything is nice, especially the courtyard. The room was clean, all the beds were comfortable(even the sofa bed), and plenty of towels. We will be back! Remember to get a s’mores kit, from the front desk, for the kids.

This could have been a positive review as the property has grat potential once finished. However, the policy of charging for parking is ridiculous! We arrived to a completely empty parking lot and, given that most travellers are arriving by car, it is clear that this parking fee is just another way to gouge guests. We did not remember seeing the parking fee when we booked (to be honest it never crossed my mind they would charge for parking there) and expressed our disagreemnt with this at checkin. We have NEVER pushed back on a parking fee when in a busy city, area with limited parking or when public transportation is easily avaialble. This property is not near the main area of Big Bear so a car is necessary. I contacted HILTON and they turned it back to the property for resolution- property followed up with a 'no way' response. SO, next time we will choose properties in Big Bear with free parking

the most comfy bed and really clean calm vibe, was nice to unwind after a drive for a little getaway woke up to nice scenic view and watched movies and read, a nice stay overall… plus they have a little breakfast area where you could grab coffee and enjoy a meal before you get going on the next adventure (:

Wonderful staff here!!! Shoutout to Memory for being so patient with all my requests! Love that I’m spending time outside in the quiet outdoors with family over a fire pit while they roast marshmallows instead of being indoors watching tv Highly recommend!!!

Great hotel! Our home away from home. This is our third stay at the Home 2 Suites while coming to Big Bear to visit family. It’s clean and has a very nice ambiance. It’s conveniently located to everything. Thr breakfast Buffett is a plus. We will be back! Thank you home 2!
