Breakfast is about 200 yuan per person, it is ok, the location is very good, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. There are shopping malls and large supermarkets nearby, the rooms are relatively small,

We spent several nights at this lovely hotel in the old part of Bielsko Biala and can thoroughly recommend the modern and comfortable rooms, historic and central location, price and pleasant staff. There can be a bit of noise at night as the location is close to the town square but with windows closed it was fine. Rooms have kitchenettes which is handy but check to make sure that your fridge is plugged in - ours wasn't. We also had several unexpected cold showers/baths as did other guests in our group which suggests that there isn't enough hot water to fulfill the need. The problem occurred at various times of the day which we found odd. I would suggest that if the water is hot - take your shower as it may be frigid later. We ate one buffet breakfast in the restaurant - it was tasty but at 35 pln perhaps a bit overpriced. It just depends on how much you can eat I suppose. We also had dinner one night and were very happy with both the quality and price. There are also lots of other dining options nearby. Overall, with the exception of the water issues this property offers excellent value and I highly recommend it.

I am a regular guest and I have to say that the hotel cares very carefully about the regular guests. When I was a while ago, the hotel itself realized that I had my birthday and, in addition to a sweet gift, I also received a free drink in the bar. During my present stay, I was a guest of the day, which involved a better room, a sweet snack and a voucher for a discount on the railroad for 2 people at Szyndelna. The rooms are not the latest, but I see some changes for the better every time. This time it turned out that the rooms have been installed with air conditioning, which made it easier to stay at high, August temperatures. Breakfasts are great. The privilege is also worthy of the candy. However, you have to be lucky to buy something like this. On Saturday I arose specially 15 minutes before opening to queue for the famous berries. The woman who stood before me bought all because the candy store had only 8 pieces prepared. The hotel needs to know that the candy store is one of the motivators to stay in this hotel. However, if you can buy something there it will definitely be delicious. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely return - hope the candy store is open. :)

The Papuga Park Hotel is 5 star, a definite 10 out of 10! We had an excellent 3 night stay. Our room was amazing with a spacious sitting area that held a sofa, chair, and table. It was also great to sit on the large balcony and take in the beautiful surroundings. My only regret is not staying here longer. The pool, jacuzzi, tepidarium, salt cave, and sauna were all included free of charge along with an excellent breakfast buffet with more choices than you can imagine. We also enjoyed tasty dinners in the dining room along with lighter fare at the cafe bar. I couldn't resist booking one of their spa treatments and it did not disappoint. I hope to return for the Ayurveda treatment. I hear it's the best and I must give it a try. The grounds are very nice with areas to sit and read or just relax. You can also go hiking just a few minutes walk from the hotel. We also journeyed into downtown and walked the city center where there is loads of history and shopping. The staff here is just amazing. Everyone treated us so well. I have to especially say Thank You to Robert who was incredibly kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay very special. He is full of great suggestions and information. He gave us top care. You can't go wrong staying at Papuga Park Hotel. It is full of must-see and do experiences!
