There is no service, as there are no employees in sight in the entire building. All the designated spaces in the underground garage were full, so I had to park in another company's space. Checking in on the tablet was extremely complicated - in other accommodations, this is done in advance via the web. The entire building feels very dark inside due to the black walls, and the room as well. Contrary to the description, there was no safe in the room, just a standard lockable wardrobe. Every night with the window open, it was so loud from the adjacent railway tracks that even with earplugs, a good night's sleep was impossible. The bathroom was also too dark and smelled musty upon arrival. In other accommodations, there is always crockery and cutlery for at least four people - in case guests come. Here, everything was precisely counted, and you had to share the wine glass. There is no coffee machine, nor is there a dishwasher - these are standard in apartments of this type and high price range. The cleanliness throughout the building was excellent, and the breakfast at the bakery has that typical bakery charm: unfriendly staff and mass processing. The overall price-performance ratio of this accommodation is not right, as other hotels offer much better service.
