Was a guest in this hotel few times. Breakfast is good, but choices are limited. Also there isn't plenty of tables in the breakfast area. Staff is just okay. They were not chatty or attentive at any moment. 2 of 3 times I was there they forgot about my request. The rooms are cozy but a bit dated. On my last stay the handle in the bathroom door was broken. Rooms are rather clean. There is no lift and no one to help you with the luggage.

Pałac w Bielawie to miejsce z historią i duszą, do której nikt nie broni wstępu. Wszystkie drzwi, pomieszczenia niegdyś na co dzień przez właścicieli używane są otwarte, a obsługa hotelu chętna do rozmowy i przywoływania historii. Cudowne miejsce na błogi relaks, pełen dostęp do fantastycznych basenów i saun, bardzo smaczne śniadania i popołudniowe posiłki, świetne, zadbane i czyste pokoje, a przede wszystkim wyjątkowa obsługa!!!!! Brawo!!! Na pewno tu wrócimy.
