We werden met veel vriendelijkheid ontvangen door het personeel. Het eten was heerlijk en alles was erg schoon. Het enigste wat minder was, was dat somige kamers erg laag waren. Speciaal bedank aan Ramesh, die ons een mooie tour heeft gegeven naar het paleis.

Rameesh and his team (all of them : assistant, kitchen team, waitress ❤️ and waiters) are not just business oriented but real welcomers who love to share and spend some time with you. As much fun than respect and intimacy. The 100´s year old main house is more than charming, it is a heart moving old lady That makes you feel apart of the world. That place is the synthesis of the charming and beloved Nepal. A full recommandation with our full love to the house and people That runs it!

The farmhouse is set in a beautiful, serene location, perfect for a family getaway. The rooms are spacious and clean, with charming rustic decor and lovely countryside views. This was our second visit. The staff were polite and helpful. I believe the relationship between us and the hotel shouldn't only purely Business. I understand that those places being far away from the city, need more assistance while in emergencies, and it was poorly handled. That will make us think twice before again visiting there.

What a beautiful place to stay just 3 hrs away from the hustling and bustling city of Kathmandu. We had an amazing stay in this quiet and majestic home. The nuwakot view tower and the royal palace is just a little walk away. Food was delicious as well with option of both Nepalese and Continental dishes.

The service was exceptional, but what truly stood out was the warm hospitality provided by Ramesh Sir. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, treating us like family and attending to our every need with such care and attention. It’s rare to experience such personalized service. Without a doubt, this place deserves five stars for both the incredible setting and the outstanding service!

The Famous Farmhouse is truly exceptional! We came here in 2019 with 10 clients and returned with a group 3 weeks ago. The standards were 100% the same. We then returned last night with another group. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The food is absolutely first class, and each meal was a delight. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking views that make the experience even more memorable. If you're visiting Nepal, I highly recommend staying at The Famous Farmhouse – it’s an experience you won't want to miss! A special mention to Ramesh - excellent customer service!! Thank you so much and see you again in March 2025.
