The door is difficult to open and lock. The room lighting is so dim. Not enough lightings. The wash basin in the toilet did not work. Couldn’t drain out the water. The meals are good enough for both dinner and breakfast. The dune sunset watching is the best part of the stay.

Reservamos este hotel para ter uma experiência no deserto em nossa viagem a Oman.
O hotel é ótimo, chegamos antes do horário do check-in e as nossas instalações já estavam prontas.
Tem um ótimo café da manhã e jantar, com comidas regionais e também internacionais. O passeio nas Dunas para o por do sol foi excelente e está no pacote.
Fomos de carro alugado, foi muito fácil chegar, o trecho no deserto (com areia) não é difícil, mas é recomendado veícul 4x4.

Amazing in the desert!
Amazing to stay in the desert at this resort! We did not have a 4x4 car, but paid 15OMR for transfer back and forth. Amazing to experience the dunes, camels and amazing 3 course dinner all together for a very reasonable price in low season. We also enjoyed the trip to the dunes during sunset. The only downside was the activities that was a bit expensive, and do not expect to use the swimming pool at the pictures, that is 50OMR extra. I can also recommend just walking in the dunes, even though it is extremely hot. Bring water. :)

No pool
Food was average, nothing outstanding i would rate it a 3 star max. There is no pool no tv in rooms and no shisha. Kids age 5 or more have to pay towards meals. Sunset dunes drive was great and loved the experiance and is the only complimentary activity.

Excellent séjour en famille. Magnifique site chambre propres et spacieuses. Merci pour l'upgrade. Le dîner est exceptionnel avec un large choix et une excellente qualité.

Die Anfahrt durch die Wüste ist Holprig und aufregend. Sie wird von zahlreichen Kamelen beobachtet wird. Am Ziel angekommen wird man herzlichst begrüsst. Das Zimmer (Zelt) ist absolut genial. Sauber und sehr komfortabel. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke an alle im Camp es hat sich absolut gelohnt

I never think to go another resort in desert because this is the best resort in desert it’s clean and the food amazing and the staff very friendly and kind ( Mr Anthony from F&B) and ( Shanawas) because of them you always want to come back thank you

Struttura bellissima in mezzo al deserto, camere ben arredate dotati di tutti i comfort seppur mantenendo lo stile tradizionale. Personale gentile e molto disponibile, appena arrivi ti offrono il caffè e ti danno una salvietta fresca. Al tramonto ti portano sulle dune (incluso nel prezzo). Ci sono escursioni per tutti i gusti a prezzi ragionevoli. Purtroppo essendo andati in bassa stagione non abbiamo potuto usufruire di colazione e cena a buffet, ma ci è stato servito un menù fisso (incluso nel prezzo) buono. Consiglio vivamente, noi sicuramente ci torneremo!
