Luxury Desert Camp Oman

Now where shall I begin 1 big fiasco We had chosen luxury desert camp because it seemed luxurious and all kinds of activities were offered We had made a reservation to dune bash for an hour at sunset the first evening and dinner in the desert there im something with me. Wife had to celebrate The next day we would go with the hot air balloon and we would see the rescue on site We would be there on July 26th and 27th Two days in advance we were told that we could not go ballooning and dinner at sunset was also not possible because there were not many guests south I can tell you We were the only ones!!!! The last part of the route 22 km through the desert was not possible at the entrance of the desert there were two possibilities Left and right without any further signs Navigation of course did not know anymore While google maps guided us perfectly through Oman We just called and texted After 10 minutes of contact Voir 60 euros we were helped Ps I had a 4x4 The driving was possible but in the village before there was no gas station to let the tires go flat But nobody tells you how much then Eventually someone came who let the tires go with a special screwdriver Eventually we arrived The air conditioning in the tent was broken we were the only ones So there was simply nothing to do Heat was unbearable Air conditioning in the room was turned on when we entered the tent You understand 45 degrees in the tent and the air conditioning only blew The cooler that was outside did not work Employee told us night is cooler He was also the only one there So he was the receptionist cooking all other things Eventually we left after 1 night left Just not possible, scandalous The man barely spoke English I have never come across anything so bad at booking com I hope this is removed from the range soon Disgraceful that you have to pay 300 euros per night for this, it is really not worth it And so we had to throw away 300 euros and book something new 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
