Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen mitten im Grünen. Es ist auf jeden Fall nicht nur einen Stop sondern einen Umweg wert. Die Atmosphäre auf dem parkähnlichen Gelände war bei sonnigem, nicht zu warmen Wetter mehr als angenehm. Der ganze Ablauf ist unaufdringlich und entspannt. Eine Oase der Glückseligkeit.

Was für ein Glück, dass unser Aufenthalt im Hotel nicht auf Ruhetage des Restaurants fiel! So kamen wir in den Genuss eines grandiosen Degustationsmenüs, bei dem die Brüder Ibarboure ihre perfekte Koch- und Patisseriekunst demonstrierten. Das Menü war eine lukullische Offenbarung und wir haben den Abend sehr genossen. Dass Xabi Ibarboure sich vor dem Dinner bei seinen Gästen vorstellte und sie willkommen hieß, empfanden wir als sehr aufmerksam und wertschätzend. Hotel und Restaurant liegen idyllisch eingebettet in eine sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage und wir konnten hier zur Ruhe kommen und entspannen. Unser Superior Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe, ein modernes Bad mit viel Platz, eine separate Toilette und einen Balkon mit Blick zum Pool. Die rustikalen Möbel mit baskischen Elementen widerspiegeln die regionale Verbundenheit und passen wunderbar in das gesamte Ambiente des Hauses. Gefrühstückt wird im eher schlichten Frühstücksraum, der durch eine Terrasse erweitert wird. Das Angebot ist zwar nicht sehr umfangreich, aber dafür qualitativ hochwertig. Besonderer Wert wird dabei auf regionale Erzeuger gelegt. Wir haben die Mitarbeiter des Hotels als außerordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und den Gästen zugewandt erlebt und letztlich ist es die Kombination aus exzellentem Restaurant und sehr gut geführtem Hotel, die uns überzeugt hat.

Chambre magnifique, propreté irréprochable. Rien ne manque. Petite terrasse privative face à la piscine chauffée,sauna. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir le soleil avec nous et nous avons profité de la baignade. Petit déjeuner incroyable,tout est fait maison,un vrai délice. Nous remercions tout le personnel pour leur efficacité . Et surtout, nous remercions nos filles pour ce joli cadeau d'anniversaire.

6 repas gastronomiques , 1 bouteille de champagne,2 bouteilles de vin et une sole insipide pour un étoilé sans visite d’un chef. Pré-entrées, entrées très correctes Desserts originaux mais non exceptionnels. Portions minimales. Déplorable N’y aller que si vous avez un séminaire Devrait rendre son étoile

Cet hotel coche positivement beaucoup de cases .Tout d'abord ,il est calme et impeccable . Les pièces , communes ou chambres , sont grandes .Le personnel est aux petits soins .La literie est d'excellente qualité . Mais , la décoration a un coté hétéroclite et hésite entre plusieurs styles , et , pour moi , l'ensemble manque de caractère et de charme . Pas de bouilloire , ni de cafetière dans la chambre .

Erholungsoase für alle Sinne
Wir waren leider nur auf der Durchreise und sind dadurch ausschliesslich eine Nacht geblieben. Wir wären wahnsinnig gerne noch länger zu Gast gewesen! Wunderschöne Anlage mitten im Grünen! Deliziöses Frühstück und tolle, geräumige Zimmer! Unser Highligh: Das Spa mit Blick in den Wald! Entspannung Pur! Der Service war ebenfalls 1A! :) Un grand merci à toute l’équipe! Nous reviendrons au plus vite!
