Un havre de paix.... quel bonheur ! Ce lieu est magique... l'idéal est d'y aller en avril ou septembre quand les touristes sont partis.. mais c'est un pur bonheur ! Le personnel est très agréable, le lieu est somptueux bref rien à redire foncez y...

Nous n'avons fréquenté que le restaurant au déjeuner par une belle journée ensoleillée d'août 2025. Vous arrivez devant un portail grille qui est fermée. Vous vous annoncez à l'interphone et l'on vous indique de vous garez 20 mètres plus loin sur la gauche. (Et que l'on va venir vous chercher là) Arrive donc quelques instants plus tard une voiturette de golf, qui pourra "embarquer" quatre personnes. Nous avons été accueilli par le directeur de salle, que nous avions déjà pu grandement apprécier chez les frères IBARBOURE. Nous avons retenu le menu SIGNATURE qui nous a ravi. Oh mon dieu les sauces !!! Ces cinq mots nous sont apparus pour condenser l'extrême plaisir de tous les plats qui nous ont été servis. Déjeuner en terrasse ombragée vue sur les montagnes basques. Je suis obligé de reconnaitre que ce ce lieu n'a aucun concurrent sur le Pays basque. (Malgré les 13 autres restaurants étoilés du Pays Basque français) Même dans sa configuration actuelle de service en salle (Encore perfectible) il surpasse le deux macarons de CIBOURE. Assurément il devrait lui aussi pouvoir dans le futur obtenir ce titre. (Mais avec le MICHELIN on ne sait jamais ce qui peut se passer)
