Een hotel gelegen op een werkelijk unieke locatie met een betoverend uitzicht. Gelegen in een heel mooi domein, met de kamers verspreid over verschillende huisjes p het domein. Je hebt een golfkarretje ter beschikking en dit kan je wel gebruiken. Schitterend restaurant met één Michelin ster, maar we hadden toch ook graag daarnaast ook voor ‘‘s avonds nog een eenvoudige bistro formule gehad waar je iets kleins kan eten.

This is not a 5* hotel. Exotic B&B and overpriced. Far from everything, you are stuck there. Food menu in the week is mediocre. 1 night they privileged outside clients, we could not have dinner, and were not offered an alternative. Unbelievable.

Très bel hôtel avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes !!! La restauration très chère ( 200€ à deux) et nous avions encore faim !! Car nouvelle cuisine… Petit déjeuner très moyen ( à 9h déjà plus de lardons grillés alors qu’il se termine à 10h30) Trop de gâteaux et pas du tout de fruits frais alors que nous sommes en été… Confitures maison auraient été bien venues

En recherche de tranquillité et de belles prestations, nous avons choisi Ostape. L’endroit est superbe, la nature est à l’honneur et les installations sont parfaitement intégrées au milieu naturel et traditionnel du Pays Basque. La cuisine, qu’elle soit sur la partie bistronomique ou gastronomique, est sublime. L’étoile au Michelin est méritée. Cerise sur le gâteau, tout à été mis en place pour accueillir notre chien de la meilleure façon possible. Nous avons passé tous les trois un séjour parfait, et nous y retournerons sans faute nous ressourcer.

Si vous cherchez une petite perle rare loin du monde de la côte basque, n’hésitez plus. Un personnel aux petits soins et très accueillant, un cadre idyllique, un calme régénérant, une très belle chambre et cette vue époustouflante sur les montagnes du pays basque nord. Un beau rêve d’une nuit. Milesker!
