Service was good, clean rooms. Bathrooms can a be a little more clean, but tbh its not that bad. Just that the property is getting older thats it. Tbh I loved the stay. The chef made out of menu food for us and it was fantastic. No big complaints just comfort and cozy stay. I will definitely recommend to my friends and I will definitely come back and stay here for my next trip.

We stayed between July 1 and July 3. The hotel’s location, scenic surroundings, and indoor activities were quite good. I highly recommend taking an early morning walk (around 6–8 AM) ***** the main road outside the hotel—the nearby tea estate is especially beautiful at that time. You might even spot a bison during your walk. On the downside, the food was disappointing. While the breakfast was decent, dinner was below expectations—I definitely wouldn’t recommend having dinner here. I didn’t try lunch, so I can’t comment on that. Another concern was hygiene—we found a few small cockroaches in the bathroom, which is a definite no for me.

The entire staff was very helpful and extremely sweet to go an extra mile to make their customers happy. The rooms were clean. Food was satisfactory. Karaoke night with Mr. Sivakumar was very peaceful. He is kind enough to take your song requests and is full of life. Wouldn't miss out on this and the bonfire.

We had a great stay. The property is beautiful with amazing amenities. The wooden cottage villa stay is the best part of the stay. They have a breathtaking view here, and a good set of activities including bonfire.

After an initial trouble with one of the front desk associate which could have been a disappointment, Mr.Pazhaniappan Housekeeping mgr came & really proved what a 5star level can be. He did beyond maximum & made our 2day trip an extraordinary & most memorable one. He upgraded our stay which I didn’t expect & shown the worthyness. We enjoyed, would like to stay again & again.👌 Appreciate Mr Pazhaniappan 👍

Excellent place to stay... Staff very friendly and helpful..... Special mention to their Tea Kadai.... Mr Dev Anand, gives you awesome hot snacks and was very interactive.
