In general, we had a good stay. The place is safe and clean, but I have to mention that it had a noticeable humid smell. The sweet breakfast in the morning was okay, in my opinion. The host is a very nice lady, but she doesn’t speak English, which made communication difficult, although she did her best to assist us and provide information. Parking is not available on the property, so you need to find a spot on the street, which was challenging time to time.
Unfortunately, I can’t say we were satisfied with our stay considering what we paid.

A perfect getaway...
We were staying for 4 nights. Accommodation wonderful. Hosts were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was made to feel it was individually made especially for you, including wonderful home baking. You also felt you had total privacy. The location was central. A 10 minute walk. We would definitely go back and recommend.

La piscina es fabulosa cuando llegas de viaje para relajar un poco las piernas y un par de butacas para cada habitación El entorno está muy bien, tiene un espacio común con neveras y lo que necesites para almorzar fuera. Annie y Marc son muy agradables
La habitación y baño están muy bien, un poco pequeña quizás pero decorada con gusto, al fin y al cabo es para dormir.
Nos prepararon el desayuno 1h antes, muy agradecido, los croissants y la confitura de cereza fabulosos.
El aparcamiento es en la calle pero Annie nos había guardado un sitio.
Me llevo un muy buen recuerdo

Stayed in early June, the weather was glorious. The room was perfect and 5 minutes walk to the promenade and beach. Annie and Mark are perfect hosts. It's a late review as we were moving house (sorry). Thank you for the wonderful breakfasts also. I recommend Arima with Annie and Mark and no doubt we will be returning. Stuart & Pascal from the UK 🇬🇧

Excellente adresse pour visiter le Pays Basque. Calme et très bien placée dans Biarritz. Chambre cosy, fonctionnelle et très confortable. Annie et Marc sont des hôtes adorables avec des discussions riches et des conseils toujours pertinents : Le délicieux petit-déjeuner a toujours été un agreable moment d'échanges. Si nous en avons l'occasion, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci !

Excellent séjour dans cet écrin paisible au cœur de la ville ( 10 minutes à pied) Grand sourire bienveillant de Annie pétillante et conversations tres sympathiques avec Marc son mari aux petits soins également Petites astuces et adresses données par Annie pour se garée, déjeuner etc.. Décoration et prestations impeccables, propreté et finesse de goût Maison ouverte sur l'extérieur jardin exotique et piscine rafraîchissante Dejeuner dehors en terrasse selon.. Nous avons occupé la chambre du rez-de-jardin accès direct au jardin, extra Nous avons adoré Incontournable pour un second séjour !! Nous recommandons vivement
