In general, we had a good stay. The place is safe and clean, but I have to mention that it had a noticeable humid smell. The sweet breakfast in the morning was okay, in my opinion. The host is a very nice lady, but she doesn’t speak English, which made communication difficult, although she did her best to assist us and provide information. Parking is not available on the property, so you need to find a spot on the street, which was challenging time to time.
Unfortunately, I can’t say we were satisfied with our stay considering what we paid.

Stayed in early June, the weather was glorious. The room was perfect and 5 minutes walk to the promenade and beach. Annie and Mark are perfect hosts. It's a late review as we were moving house (sorry). Thank you for the wonderful breakfasts also. I recommend Arima with Annie and Mark and no doubt we will be returning. A perfect getaway...
We were staying for 4 nights. Accommodation wonderful. Hosts were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was made to feel it was individually made especially for you, including wonderful home baking. You also felt you had total privacy. The location was central. A 10 minute walk. We would definitely go back and recommend.

A lovely couple, beautifully appointed room, excellent breakfast, and just short walk from the beach; we were so pleased that we booked to say here. We loved that they personalised the town map, and directed us away from the honeytraps!

Excellente adresse pour visiter le Pays Basque. Calme et très bien placée dans Biarritz. Chambre cosy, fonctionnelle et très confortable. Annie et Marc sont des hôtes adorables avec des discussions riches et des conseils toujours pertinents : Le délicieux petit-déjeuner a toujours été un agreable moment d'échanges.
