The location of the hotel is first-class, in the center of the city center, and the beach is 100 meters away. The service is standardized, the feel is good, and the decoration is beautiful. We stayed for a total of 5 nights, everything was good, but the mattress was soft. A bit of a challenge for those of us who like firm beds, otherwise all good.

Très jolie déco, super bien situé, une excellente literie. Idéal pour passer quelques jours. Cet hôtel est tenu par des jeunes très sympas. Plateau café / thé à disposition ainsi que la bouteille d’eau que l’on pouvait remplir avec la fontaine de l’étage. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment complet dans un cadre agréable.

The hotel was ok We are a couple in our 60s and celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary We had a clean but tiny room with no outlook or anywhere to dry/air beach wear. The bathroom was large with a good walk in shower There was a kettle and coffee in the room but you had to sit on your bed to drink it So it really wasn’t for us Staff were nice and helpful and location was good We had a later flight but nowhere to change

Ostello super comfort, bellissimo esteticamente quanto perfetto funzionalmente, alloggi con tv personale, bagni completi di sapone, ganci e asciugacapelli, aria condizionata. Comodissima la posizione centrale sulla via principale di negozi, bar, ristoranti e con rapido accesso alla spiaggia e al mare. Parcheggio a pagamento a onesta distanza. Assolutamente raccomandato.

Disappointing experience at the boutique hotel in Biarritz. From insanely small rooms to unhelpful staff, it fell far short of expectations. Would not recommend. Adding to the disappointment was the rude and unhelpful demeanor of the lady at the reception. Instead of offering assistance, she was dismissive and borderline mean, leaving a sour taste in an already unpleasant stay.

Last minute find on an April holiday evening, we were really charmed by this hotel with its urban jungle atmosphere. Super warm welcome from Aurélien and his teams, including at the bar restaurant opposite, street food style, paradise for the taste buds, cocktails and pacherenc. Large and comfortable room, top bedding, impeccable cleanliness and an excellent breakfast. Everything was perfect ! We can't wait to come back...

Le palmito est situé dans le centre piéton de Biarritz à 50 mètre de la mer . Pour se garer prendre le parking indigo situé à même pas 5 minutes à pied . hôtel avec une déco rappelant l univers du surf . Ambiance plutôt éco friendly. Personnel plutôt sympathique . Pensez à bien réserver le plus titi possible il se remplit très vite
