Nous avons demandé le report d’une nuitée à la semaine suivante. L’hôtel a refusé alors que des chambres étaient disponibles la semaine suivante. Nous avons payé la nuitée d’avance et avons juste demandé le report et non l’annulation. D’un point de vue commercial ce n’est pas très sympathique d’autant que nous pouvions bénéficier du report et nous ne demandions même pas le remboursement de la différence de prix (environ 10€)

This is the most useful position to stay in Biarritz. Close to a stunning beach bay , but also in the middle of the Old Town, surrounded by restaurants and taverns

Un très bon accueil de la part des réceptionistes apres 1200km depuis Sion en Valais en Suisse.la chambre faite tous les jours et toujours très propre. Proche de la mer on s est régalé et des restaurants et des autres commerces quelle joie d avoir connu l hotel les Alizés ..les réceptionistes ont été toujours attentifs a nos besoins je recommande vivement les Alizés hotel.les 2 suisses Gérard et Nicole

Great hotel in the heart of Biarritz. It has a perfect location by the small beach and very friendly staff. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. And very affordable. I only stayed for a night but would definitely come back for a longer stay.

Franchement j’ai pas les mots pour décrire correctement cette androit Médiocre… Des fenêtres qui tienne avec des planche de bois, une odeur de moisissure, la douche qui se décolle, Franchement pour le prix ça vaux pas le coup de s’arrêter !
