Великолепный отель в центре Биаррица - расположение и сервис на высоте.
Номер очень чистый, просторный и с хорошим декором. Сам отель оформлен уютно и со вкусом, подчёркнута связь с его названием - Ama на баскском значит "мама".
Персонал очень любезный, но ресепшн работает только в первой половине дня. На остальное время оставляют контактный телефон.
Есть комната хранения багажа и небольшой холл, где можно отдохнуть уже после выселения из номера.
Нам очень понравилось, будем приезжать ещё!

Moment très agréable, et tout particulièrement avec un super petit déjeuner préparé par Sylvie qui est très professionnelle et qui fait qu’on se sent à la maison. Ça fait plaisir. Je reviendrais !

Très bon hôtel au cœur de Biarritz qui est à proximité de nombreuses enseignes typiques et incontournables de la ville. Personne n'était présent lors de notre arrivée mais cela s'est fait sans embûches. L'accueil est professionnel avec un personnel à l'écoute et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent et permet de bien entamer la journée ;) Des journaux sont disponibles ainsi que des guides. Petit bémol : les oreillers un peu durs pour moi mais c'est selon les goûts de chacun, ce n'est pas grand chose ! Je recommande !

Emplacement top en plein cœur de Biarritz, calme et équipe sympa. Une pensée particulière pour Sylvie , à l'écoute , prévenante et attentionnée. Une autre pour le petit déjeuner avec confitures et pâtisseries maison . Et pour finir 2 types d'oreillers différents moelleux ou ferme ☺️

En general, bien.
el Hotel esta bien aunque el precio de 184 € es bastante alto, teniendo en cuenta que los baños están anticuados y que la bañera, en plástico resbaladizo, es un peligro que deberían haber cambiado.
Debería haber una recepción, como en todos los hoteles de este precio, la menos hasta las 20 h. aunque no tuvimos ningún problema al entrar.

Hotel unweit des Strandes
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Als wir am Abend ankamen war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Man konnte am Hotel läuten und nach zirka 20 Minuten kam eine Dame, die uns das Zimmer zeigte, aber eigentlich in einem anderen Hotel arbeitet. Wir bekamen allerdings ein anders Zimmer als das Gebuchte. Das Licht im Zimmer funktionierte nur teilweise und konnte beim Betreten des Zimmers nicht angeschaltet werden. Man musste an der gegenüberliegenden Wand erst einen anderen Lichtschalter suchen und betätigen aber aufpassen um in der Dunkelheit nicht über das Mobiliar zu fallen. Ansonsten nettes kleines Frühstück und netter freundlicher Service beim Frühstück und bei der Abreise.

This lovely hotel in a charming building exceeded our expectations. Lots of charm and well appointed. Sylvie, the manager was welcoming and helpful in finding parking and offering recommendations around town. Great location near the market, beaches, and top tier shopping - while being set back a few streets so very quiet as well. Will stay here again!
