Fantastic hotel, relaxing, comfortable, modern, super friendly staff - beach front, so beautiful! I liked the welcome drink and the bag that was offered as a gift. Large breakfast buffet with good coffee. Nice bar with local drinks. Sparkling clean.

Sehr sympathisches, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Neu renoviert, Mobiliar durchgehend aus Holz, ohne schwer zu wirken. Zimmer eher klein, aber funtionell eingerichtet. Sauber und gepflegt. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, Cappuccino mit richtiger Milch, was wir auf unserer Reise nicht oft angetroffen haben! Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und angenehme Präsenz der Besitzer.

Honteux! 350 euros la nuit c’est du vol, pour ce prix offrez vous une chambre dans un VRAI 4 étoiles! Pas de parking ( galère en centre ville), ascenseur en panne et personne pour aider à monter ses valises, décoration minimaliste sous prétexte d’être écologique) chambre minuscule et équipements plus que sommaire. Il est précisé dans la salle de bain de demander à la réception si besoin d’un coton-tige ou d’un mouchoir, et comme il n’y a pas de téléphone ni d’ascenseur, évidemment ça dissuade. La poignée de fenêtre défectueuse est posée sur la table, l’encadrement de la clim est arraché, les plinthes idem, la baignoire/douche dangereuse, pas de mini-bar, pas même une bouteille d’eau. En fait dans la chambre il y a en tout et pour tout 2 gobelets en carton, deux sachets de café et une bouilloire en plastique. La rue est bruyante tard le soir. Quand j’ai expliqué au réceptionniste que le prix était exorbitant compte tenu des prestations de l’hôtel, il m’a répondu “c’est comme ça c’est partout pareil”. Bravo le service client. Et bizarrement, bien qu’ayant réservé sur Booking, je ne peux pas laisser de commentaire… Étonnant.

Nous sommes arrivées dans l’établissement pour seulement boire un verre près de l’eau. Dès notre arrivée, on nous met dans l’ambiance : « Désolée, il n’y a plus grand-chose. » Ça commence bien ! On tente alors le coup avec deux jus d’ananas, histoire de ne pas trop compliquer les choses. Mais quand la serveuse revient, elle brandit un seul verre, qui n’était même pas du jus d’ananas, en nous lançant joyeusement : « Je n’en ai qu’un ! » Bon, pas de panique, on se dit qu’un petit Perrier tranche fera l’affaire. Simple, non ? Eh bien, non ! Elle nous ramène une Badoit et une tranche de citron, posée délicatement... sur une assiette. Oui, oui, une assiette. On se décide à boire ce fameux jus, mais il y a comme un goût de voyage dans le temps. Une saveur très vintage… même si celui ci était encore bon selon la date! L’apothéose ? On a eu la joie de régler la somme de 10,5€. Franchement, à ce prix-là, on aurait pu participer à un escape game, mais non, c’était juste notre soif qui cherchait désespérément une issue de secours !

This hotel is fantastic. We had a great welcome, staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and the location was great. Beautiful walks around the hotel, delicious breakfast with their lemon-ginger shot and fresh orange juice, and hot and cold meals. You feel like a VIP. If you want to avoid noises from the street, ask to get a quiet room away from the street. We are definitely coming back, see you next year! Parking 200 meters away from the hotel, open space, 35 Euros per day, best to park at the Indigo Saint-Eugenie, 25 Euros per day, and not far from the hotel.

Rooms are small but clean and quiet. You can open the windows or use air conditioning. Small family run place with exceptional service. We feel so at home and comfortable it’s great. Location is ABSOLUTELY perfect, close to town but quiet at night

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights recently. It is located steps from the Petite Plage down a pedestrian street. We had a great experience. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Our room was small but very comfortable. Out of about 6 hotels on our trip it was one of the most comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good - foods were fresh and a nice variety. The hotel felt cozy and personal. One of the nights we had a room that faced the front street, and there was a bit of noise. The other room did not face the street and was very quiet. It was a short walk from the hotel to get most places in town and was nice to be close to the water. We would go back.

Emplacement parfait à cote de la plage du port-vieux , l'hôtel vient d'être rénové et le lit nuage tien la promesse écrite. les équipes et l'accueil est top , le petit déjeuné est tres complet et je me suis laisser tenté par le bar qui offre un large choix de cocktail

Les chambres sont très confortables : elles ont été rénovées avec gout et on sent que les matériaux choisis sont de qualité. La literie est particulièrement confortable : on a un lit de grand qualité et des draps très doux. Le personnel est adorable et se prend vraiment soin de vous !
