Una experiencia decepcionante para un hotel (boutique hotel) de 4 estrellas. Aspectos negativos: 1.La habitación no tenía nevera. 2.El servicio a la habitación no es 24 horas: por ejemplo solo podían traer agua después de las 17:00. 3.Limpieza deficiente: polvo en el baño, habitación descuidada. 4.Las copas no se lavaron durante dos días seguidos. 5.No se ofrecen artículos básicos como zapatillas, cepillos de dientes o peines — solo gorros de ducha (1 vez) 6. Envié un correo al hotel con mis comentarios y no recibí respuesta en 5 días. Por el precio y el nivel que anuncian, esperaba mucho más

Absolutely Devine stay at this hotel. Beautiful decor and the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful . The hotel is spotless and a few steps from the beautiful beach. The location is so central to all the shops, bars and restaurants. We had a fantastic stay and will 100% return.
