The location boasts stunning greenery, while the rooms are impeccable. The hotel staff are courteous, with special mention to Prabhashini from housekeeping who consistently goes above and beyond. Good budget stay. Breakfast/Dinner nothing to complain of. Prabhasini Nandan was helpful at the restaurant. Rooms are small but clean. Courteous staff. Near to the airport and city. Recommended for budget business stays. Would visit again!!

Very very disappointing service. The staff is just not helpful. We Asked for medicines. They said they can’t give any. We then ordered and got it delivered to the gate and requested them to send the medicine to the room and they denied. The AC did not work. Had to call the electrician 3 times to get it fixed. The bedsheet looked so old and dirty. It’s a very snabby hotel. It’s at the level of an Oyo Room with a bigger unjustified price tag.

Food was Exellent. A proper spread right from starters to deserts. Lot of local flavour. Potato Payasam was Yummy, would be better if served hot. Excellent service from Mr Dibya and Mr Ramesh. ...............,.........................

Hotel with very basic amenities but well managed. It's an old building build in 2005. Service is excellent. Mr. Sukand Panda and team's room cleaning and service was perfect. Laundry is done properly in one day with atmosot care. Overall good stay.

House Keeping PrabhaSini Jena is very punctual, polite and ready to provide services during odd hours. I'm very much happy with the provided service. We can call at reception anytime and they'll provide a quick assistance. Will refer other's to visit here.

Excellent service by Mr Sukant panda. He done a great job in cleaning the room and other housekeeping activities and also make sure for comfortable stay. He also checked multiple times for anything needed. Food is also very good specially breakfast.

Great service I had a great experience with the laundry and room cleaning services at Ginger Bhubaneswar Hotel. Sukhant Panda was punctual, and very attentive to detail. My clothes came back perfectly clean and fresh, and the room was spotless and well-organized. Sukhant was polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and efficient service!
