The food is amazing. It feels like , we are eating hommade food. The service is also amazing. Manager Uttam jeetu and balal kamal . The room service is also amazing. All ambience is good. Staff is cooperative. Welcome drink is amazing. We enjoyed so much

L'hôtel est très bien, le personnel (des managers aux serveurs) est souriant, serviable et extrêmement poli. L'emplacement est bon. Les chambres sont très confortables ainsi que la literie (matelas et oreilles moelleux). Je recommande sans hésitation !

The property is nice, overall service was very good, staff were friendly and the location is good for sightseeing in Bhubaneswar, Puri, Konark etc. The only two things that wasn't good are 1. The moment I got out of the elevator and entered the floor of my room, the whole floor smelled like smoke. Though they say it's a non smoking property, clearly that is not the case. 2. The staff that dropped my suitcase in the room just stood there listening to my phone conversation and I had to politely ask him to leave.

Wealthiest experience but no welcome drinks, no shoe shinner Food was good ....staff was nice...warmth was present in all There is nothing to complain on the room and it's quality of food, ambience etc. I wish that there were.one time some fruit platter kept with chocolates like I experienced elsewhere. Regular travellers must get membership discounts.

Par excellence in comfort and courtesy Staff is courteous special mention Jagmohan and Balwant and other attendants and they are extremely helpful and cheerful too! One feels pampered and taken care of . Food is just so perfect prepared with tender care and love ! One sore point :garbage burning in the premises ! Please do something urgently :stop this Recycling composting are the answers
