Hospitality and quick response to required services are very good. I like the way they receive the guests and ask about the requirements. The restaurant serves food as desired by the guests with care and love.

I had a lovely stay at The Presidency Hotel. The rooms were spotless, staff was always smiling and helpful, and the food was delicious. Everything was well-organized and smooth. Truly a stress-free experience.

I have been here few times with my parents. They treat elder people with all service and respect. They even allow delayed checkout when I come with my parents. I went this time with 2 of my friends. Their behaviour was very casual and didn't treat us like we were important. Denied room service but called back again expecting we will order smtg in the expensive side. But again denied when we ordered smtg that was cheap. During checkout they told us to not delay or we will be charged half day price. Also I paid 5k rupees for one night stay. The room was not worth this much money. Creaky bathroom door, old low quality television, old ac that was creating lot of sound. This was 5th time I was visiting in 4 years and they've not repaired anything. This was the last time I visit this hotel. To me it seems like a place that is meant for old elder people who cannot afford luxury hotels so they settle for the next best thing. Even when I had gone to book a room for my parents last year with a male friend they were making it look very suspicious and weird by asking him not to come in. If Indian society's typical aunty and uncle could build a hotel this would be the one. Gave this hotel a chance for 5 years but never coming back.

Services was bad. No greet at reception no information shared on buffet breakfast or all other facilities. The room is not up to the mark with bathroom water not draining propel y
