They have defective magnetic keys which need to be activated every time you enter the hotel.. When you leave room to explore Bhubaneswar, house keeping staff come inside and do their job without prior permission or information.when we asked, the desk staff and even the manager said this is our hotel policy. Siddhi kalyani Holidays recommended and booked a super deluxe room for my family. Smoky rooms. The refrigerator had chicken smell and alcohol.

Very good ambience & staff behaviour is very good basically Suresh babu from housekeeping manager very cooperative. Food & bar is very clean & tasty. Location is heart of the city. As I am staying for 4 days I have very good experience. Then I often stayed here.

Visited the restaurant in this hotel with friends for lunch.Centrally located in Bhubaneswar,this restaurant attracts the foodies.We opted for a la carte lunch.The veg and non veg platter are simply superb and delicious, mouth watering,as well.Staff are courteous and polite.We enjoyed the food.I recommend friends to visit this restaurant in Bhubaneswar

The rooms were clean. However, two receptionists were damn slow in doing the check-in. I was not happy with their behaviour. Rooms were bit smaller for the price paid. Overall a decent stay. Typical issue of hot water.

Hi, the staff of the presidency hotel were courteous. Rooms were neat and clean. Only the toilet drain system was not correct. All the water in the bathroom comes to the wash basin area ie the dry area of the bathroom. Other wise the stay was comfortable-
