Very nice property and the staff are very cooperative, hence extended my stay to one more day to enjoy the premium services.

Location is gud & approx 10 mints from airport, rooms are very spacious, washroom n dressingarea designed so beautifully n intelligently, staff is co-operative n well mannered.

It’s our 4th time staying with ITC welcom Bhubaneswar we all happy to see Rakesh sahu ,mostly we staying in Mayfair lagoon, Thankyou itc to keep the milta talent staff . We stayed here with 2 kids and had the most terrible experience and a scary one with itc welcome bhubaneswar. They're truly a blot on ITC as a brand. Their service sucks from room service to housekeeping. They will make the most basic mistakes and ask you for the food to be sent back so they fix it by reheating. Their towels are torn and give namesake housekeeping. To make up for it, they moved us to a "better" room, only to torture us with another harrowing experience. The FO manager and other senior staff are disinterested and show no respect to the residents apart from using emphatic words to just console but won't fix the issue or make up for it. Our booking was for 5 nights, but somehow their system showed it as a 3 + 2 nights, and with due assurance from the FO team, we proceeded to our room, only to get a call on our 3rd night stay that we have to checkout as they can't accommodate us due to capacity for the remaining 2 nights. FO manager Akhilesh Sharma with his word to make up for the room issue left us in a harrowing experience in the middle of the night searching for a different hotel since they messed up our booking. I wonder they even care about the guests. Do yourself a favor and DON'T stay in this hotel, better alternatives available with the same price. We literally watched our money flushed down the drain with this stay. #incompetent #dishonest #disrespectful #insensitive

I was searching a good location and property through makemytrip for a short vacation during this durga puja for my family and it is makemytrip which helped me found this property at bhubaneswar in odisha. The hotel is situated at a prime location in bhubaneswar. I had booked 2 double occupancy delux rooms for me and my family for 4 days. The hotel rooms are quite spacious and comfortable with enchanting and aesthetic natural views around. The hotel has a good many unparalleled facilities starting from swimming pool, gymn, good ambience, restaurant with a wide range of quality sumptuous foods. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant with melodious live songs is pretty enjoyable. Behavioral approach of the hotel's staff and management is commendable. My family and i enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot. It is indeed a good place to stay and celebrate any occasion at bhubaneswar.
