Rooms are good. Food is average. Gym is in mayfair lagoon and we need to walk across the street to the opposite building. This is not convenient. Reception table is funny with the receptionist needing to bent to fill the details.

Everything is fantastic.Room to food and precautions for cyclone and passing out the information to guest has been fantastic. Just to mention couple of staff name The day I checked in - Mr.Ritweshar and Shivani. In between - Mr.Shiven. Satya and Kamalakanta from food courts and quite obviously Mr.Badal and other staff around quite made my stay blessed. I will come back again and again for sure. I put a point here - Feel like home - visit Mayfair.

The overall stay in Mayfair was really good. Right from reception to housekeeping, eoom service, restuarant, food quality and variety was super impressive. The staffs were prompt t0 ensire that guests were comfortable in every aspect. A perfect hotel for family stay during vacations. Thank iou Mayfair.

I would like to congratulate the entire team of Mayfair convention for the incredible hospitality that they have provided . Travelling with senior citizens is indeed a challenge as well as it provides us happiness that we can help our parents aspirations come live, staying with Mayfair is one of the best decisions which no one will regret. They go a extra mile to make sure all needs of the guests are thoroughly fulfilled. The khichdi was delectable, loved the breakfast spread .... Best wishes Jilmil Bhuyan Shyam Kumar das

Staff is very soft natured and well behaved. Excellent housekeeping. Rooms well maintained. Overall a very nice place to stay. Food is on the expensive side but the staff are considerate with children. 15-20 min from airport . No parking in campus in mayfair convention though there is place to park just outside hotel.

Rooms are good, neat and clean. Service is ok. Food items can be diverse. Staff needed to be trained regarding hospitality. Special mention of Akash who was very focused regarding guest needs and was taking care of each and everything. Ambience is good and plus point is its near mayfair lagoon where one can cherish and enjoy traditional food even though prices are bit on higher side there.

As its name suggests, this hotel is basically a convention centre, with several large banquet halls and conference spaces. It is also a 3-star hotel, which makes it a convenient place for large conferences where delegates can stay in the hotel while attending conferences. I was here for the Odisha Literary Festival, a two-day event that was held in a sprawling banquet hall on the first floor. The room was well-appointed, acoustics were good, and audio and video facilities were good, geared to make sure even people sitting right at the back didn’t miss out on what was happening. Buffet lunch was provided in a smaller room on the second floor, and was overall pretty good. Service was adequate too.

Excellent Hotel, I used to stay here, food is awesome, staff behaviour is absolutely fabulous. Good atmosphere to stay, recommended. I am recommending to all to stay a night at this hotel to take charme of Mayfair. Good hotel to stay, Fabulous room and food.
